Amazing Desert Oasis

This magnificent property located within Parkside at Anthem Merrill Ranch is best suited for 3 couples or a single family. The large single story home sits on a spacious lot and offers everything you need and then some for a perfect stay. It has all new furnishings inside and out.  Simply relax at the house with a full outdoor kitchen and entertainment area of a pool, spa, games, outdoor TV, fire pit, and seating for 12 in your private oasis.  On the inside it has a wonderful game room with Xbox and games, shuffleboard, board games, and 65-inch flat screen TV. The kitchen comes with everything you should need plus some. We keep it well stocked with basic cooking needs of spices, oil, coffee, so you only need to bring the groceries you need. There is a Safeway 5 minutes from the house. The living room has ample seating and is open to the kitchen and dining areas for ultimate socialization. The large master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with separate tub and shower, large closet, large bay window with viewing area for having morning coffee looking out over the waterfall pool. This room also has an attached "flex space" room complete with desk, monitor, and printer as an office for those of you that just can't go off the grid. The other two bedrooms include Queen size beds and plenty of dresser and closet storage. When we travel, we don't like to get nickeled and dimed, that is why we try to have everything you will need for your stay. We have tennis rackets, golf clubs, pool toys, bicycles, and games. Great shopping is only 10 minutes away at Copper Basin Villages or nearby Queen Creek! You will have to search a long time to find a property as nice as this.
